Job Summary

Wheel is looking for a clinically strong Nurse Practitioner with a passion and interest in building out clinical training for virtual care. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with clinicians to train and onboard them onto Wheel’s client and partners. This role will be responsible for driving and iterating on Wheel’s current clinical and non-clinical training tools as well as building out new and engaging trainings. 

The ideal candidate will have the unique combination of a strong clinical background mixed with operations experience, and a highly collaborative work style. In addition to the Medical team, you’ll be collaborating closely with Marketing and Operations. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is creative and strategic to establish a best in class clinical training organization.

Responsibilities:

-Clinical Training: Enabling clinicians to provide the best in class care through training on industry-leading clinical guidelines, Webside Manner™, and telemedicine best practices.
-Clinical Support: build one of the strongest clinical networks in the industry by designing, building, and scaling clinical support to enable that network.
-Educational Content Development: Collaborate with medical and marketing teams on development of webinar content and CME/CEs to extend to our Wheel Care Team. 
-Wheel Clinical Ambassador: Serve as a thought-leader within the Wheel organization, sharing perspectives and insights with our broader Wheel Care Team. May include leading webinars, authorship of blog content, and more.

Experience:
-2+ years in a Clinical Operations or related clinical leadership role
-Clinical experience across either NP or PA
-Experience developing Clinical Training, education, and guidelines
-Telemedicine experience preferred 
-Demonstrated experience managing projects from inception to completion
-Experience managing a diverse workforce; from clinicians to operations managers 
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate across the organization
-Ability to pass NCQA Credentialing policies
