Who can use this service?

This service is available to adults age 18 and older. The visit and intake process are currently offered in English.

This service is intended for individuals with private or commercial insurance and is not intended for those covered by federal or state government insurance programs. Eligibility is confirmed during intake.

How much does a visit cost?

A video visit is $49 and a chat visit is $29. You’ll see your cost before you begin. There are no surprise fees.

Does the visit fee include medication?

No. Your visit fee covers your time with a clinician. If a prescription is needed, your provider will send it to your preferred pharmacy. 

You can use your insurance to help pay for covered medications. The cost of the medicine can vary based on your insurance coverage as well as the pharmacy you select.

Who will I be talking to?

You’ll talk with an experienced, licensed doctor or nurse practitioner. Your clinician will always be licensed in the state where you’re located at the time of your visit.

Where is this service available?

We offer care in all 50 states and Washington, DC. You can start a visit from anywhere within those locations.

Do I need to make an appointment?

No appointment is needed. You can start a visit anytime, or schedule one for later. Most visits begin within minutes, though wait times may be longer during busy hours.

Can I cancel my visit?

Yes. You can cancel anytime before your visit begins. If your payment method was preauthorized, the hold will usually be released within 5-10 business days.

Is this service for emergencies?

No. This service is not intended for emergency or life-threatening conditions. If you’re experiencing severe symptoms, call 911 or seek in-person emergency care right away.
