- American Nurses Credentialing Center
- The Pediatric Nurse Certification Board
- The National Certification Corporation for the Obstetric, Gynecologic and Neonatal Nursing Specialties
- The Certification Board for Urologic Nurses and Associates
- Fee: $125 application fee.
